Today, the world of the cults is more and more expanding. There are so many people who turned into life gurus or people who are promoting their cultic philosophy in order to entice people to join their group. Do you ever wonder why these groups has become very successful in what they do? This article will discuss the reason why cults come very interesting for some to join. These suggestions may also be warning signs to examine whether you, the reader can be vulnerable into being enticed too.
Cults are religious groups that do not believe in the teachings of the bible. Therefore, in order to get people to their population, they focus on people personal lives. Especially those people with less knowledge on the teachings on the bible, they are deemed to be enticed by these group.
The way to do this recruitment is that they invite those people who have no or little knowledge of the teaching of the Bible. They invite these people Bible studies, usually in-home Bible studies wherein they usually tamper and distort the real teaching of the bible. They do a little twisting just to promote their principle s and beliefs by also promoting their religious leader.
The fact that a person has no or less knowledge on the Bible, then these cultists will make sure to entice them to the principles of their cults. When a cultist discovers that you have enough and you are a firm Christian then this cultist will not consider you as part of its recruitment effort.
Divorce, marriage, a new job, a death in the family, attending college for the first time are some the life changes we experience in life. When we are in the verge of a life transition, sometimes we feel like we need something to do make things stable. Because of the confusion of this life transition, cult finds these time a great season to their recruitment effort since at this point in time we are more vulnerable.
Since a person is very vulnerable at this struggling time, the cultist makes a move to entice this person. Once the cultist sees that the person becomes interested and dependent on his counsel, then the cultist takes this opportunity to involve one to the cult. What cultist will do the cult mentality that the person has no opportunity to react or question because the cultist keeps him or her busy doing the given cult duties.
