3. Towns and villages Tours

Lamastre :Chief town of the area, Lamastre has maintained many little shops and stores such as « Les Chopes du Moulin » : a former flour where home made beer is brewed today  - Beer* sample tasting included.

Désaignes :Medieval Village in the Parc Naturel Régional des Monts de l'Ardèche. Traditional Life Museum & 14th century castle : Sample testing of goat cheese, pork cold meats and local wines*…

Tournon sur Rhône :Nested between the Rhone river and vignards (AOC St Joseph), Tournon city has grown around its Renaissance ans Medieval monuments – Wine* sample tasting included (not available on Sundays).

Journey Schedule :

Train departs from Tournon at 10.00am (Group has to be at the station by 9.30), arrival at Lamastre at 12.00. Lunch at Lamastre, then group departs around 2.30pm with its own bus to visit of one of the villages presented above.

 You can also organize your journey getting straight to one of the village and visiting it grom 10.00 am to 12.00. Then at noon, you can lunch at Lamastre. By 2.30pm the group has to be at the Lamastre Station to get on board of the Steam Train which leaves at 3.00 pm and reaches Tournon by 5.00 pm

4. Wine sample tasting

Along your trip from Tournon to Boucieu-le-Roi, a sommelier will guide you to discover the precious wines and of the Drome an Ardeche area. This wine sample tasting will be served with traditionnal cold meats and goat cheese. You will discover two white wines and two red wines.
